About Bruce Jenner

A devoted husband and father of ten, Bruce Jenner is called the glue that holds the family together on Keeping Up with the Kardashians, which is the #1-rated reality series on E! The television series documents the daily lives of the Kardashian/Jenner family.

Bruce first captivated the world during the 1976 Olympic Games when he broke the world record in the decathlon, netting the title of “World’s Greatest Athlete.” His accomplishments also earned him the coveted Wheaties cereal box, and he is one of seven Wheaties spokesmen.

Since then, he has been involved in a wide variety of projects and causes—from sportscasting and acting to supporting charitable organizations and serving on several advisory boards. Bruce has worked with nonprofits such as the Special Olympics, The National Dyslexia Research Foundation, and The Dream Foundation. Most recently, California’s Governor Schwarzenegger appointed him the Athletic Boxing Commissioner for the state of California. Bruce also works to raise awareness for Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD). He is currently involved in a Drive4COPD campaign.

A highly respected and sought-after motivational speaker, Bruce travels around the country speaking to corporate and community groups about “Finding the Champion Within.” He focuses on the theme that any person who makes an effort can achieve something great—greatness is at the core of every man, woman and child who wants it. Also a successful author, Bruce has written several books including Finding the Champion Within.

In addition to his role on Keeping Up with the Kardashians, Bruce has appeared as a guest star on numerous primetime television programs, a commentator for NBC, ABC and Fox sports, and host of his own health show. He and his wife Kris have also produced multiple infomercials and videos on fitness products.

Bruce is also a sportscaster and commentator for a number of NBC sporting events, including the Olympic Games and received the title “Outstanding International Sportscaster of the Year.”

Off screen and outside of work, Bruce finds time to enjoy his own hobbies including flying planes, racing cars in Grand Prix events and working on his golf game.
